An evaluation looks wrong?
Open the game's page and use Suggest a correction at the bottom — it goes straight to the human who can fix it.
Are you the game's developer or publisher?
Use Suggest a correction on your game's page and tick "I'm the developer." We weight and verify those first — it's the fastest way to set the record straight.
A game hasn't been evaluated?
Use Request evaluation on the game's page to put it in the queue.
Something illegal or harmful?
Use Report content on the game's page. Don't email these — the in-page report reaches us faster.
