Privacy Policy.
Is It Done Yet? (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at isitdoneyet.gg, is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
01 The short version
We collect as little data as possible. We don’t have user accounts. We don’t sell your data. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand how the Site is used. If you submit a content report, we store that report and may share it with law enforcement if the reported content involves illegal activity.
02 Information we collect
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sessions. This service collects aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data including page views, referral sources, general geographic region, and device/browser type. This data is used solely to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site.
Server logs
Our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase, Render) may log IP addresses and request metadata as part of standard infrastructure operation. These logs are used for security monitoring and debugging, not for tracking or profiling. Retention periods are governed by each provider’s standard policies.
Content reports
If you submit a content report through the Site’s reporting feature, we collect and store the category you selected and the details you provided. We do not require your name, email address, or any other personal identifier to submit a report.
Reports are stored in our database for the purpose of reviewing and acting on potentially illegal or harmful content. Reports involving illegal content — particularly content that may involve the sexual exploitation of minors — may be forwarded to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other law enforcement agencies as required by law.
Content reports are retained indefinitely, as they may be needed to support law enforcement proceedings or to document our response to reported content. Reports are stored independently from game data; if a reported game is removed from the Site, the associated report is preserved.
Information we do not collect
- We do not require or offer user accounts, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers through the Site itself.
- We do not use cookies for analytics or tracking purposes.
- We do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking technologies.
- We do not build user profiles or track individual browsing behavior.
04 How we use information
The limited information we collect is used to:
- Understand general traffic patterns and popular content to improve the Site.
- Monitor for abuse, security incidents, and technical errors.
- Review and act on content reports, including forwarding reports to law enforcement when required by law.
- Maintain and improve Site performance and reliability.
We do not use collected information to identify, profile, or target individual visitors.
05 Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share data with:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Render) as necessary for the Site to function. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or when we have a legal obligation to report content (such as reporting apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC).
06 Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to processing of your information.
Because we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts or profiles, there is generally little to no personally identifiable information to access, delete, or modify. If you have a specific request, please contact us at the address below.
For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA)
Our legal basis for processing the limited data described above is our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Site. We do not process personal data based on consent for advertising or tracking purposes. Our analytics service (Vercel Web Analytics) does not use cookies or collect personal data, and does not require consent under GDPR.
For visitors in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
07 Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
08 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
