3rd eye launched on September 30, 2019 as a self-contained 2D horror/exploration game. The developer issued two minor bug fix patches in October and November 2019 — one correcting language-switching issues and one fixing untranslated text — and has not posted any updates since November 26, 2019. There have been no DLC releases, no announced expansions, no roadmaps, and no developer statements about future content of any kind. The store description presents the game as a complete, finished story experience. With no post-launch content pattern and no outstanding commitments from the developer, the game appears to have shipped as a finished product and remains complete as originally released.

But the more you use it, the more bloodshot her Third Eye becomes.
Relieve it using eyedrops before the Eye goes all red.
A girl who reads the thoughts of others. Fearing her Third Eye, she's spent most of her life alone, locked up in her room.
She's a living being, and must have had parents, but they are nowhere to be seen. Her sister has left her all alone. What could she be up to?
One night, however, Koishi wakes up in an unfamiliar room, and her life is changed forever.
