Adorables launched on March 30, 2016 and received a concentrated burst of updates in the months following release. The developer shipped two major content updates — a large customization expansion on April 17, 2016 (new hats, eyes, mouths, body types, balls, and music) and the Continental Contest soccer mode tied to EURO 2016 on June 13, 2016. Several feature and bug-fix patches also landed between April and April 2016. The final recorded update was Linux support added on December 3, 2016. There have been no developer communications of any kind since December 3, 2016 — nearly a decade of silence. The store description makes no mention of future content, roadmaps, or planned updates, and there are no unreleased DLC listings. While the developer noted in April 2016 that they were still working on Adorables, that statement was followed by updates that plausibly fulfilled those plans, after which all communication ceased. The game appears to have launched as a complete product and received its post-launch support in 2016 before the developer moved on.
