零号協議AgreementZero has been in Early Access since April 10, 2023, and the developer has maintained a consistent pattern of substantive updates throughout that period. The news history shows four major content updates — versions 0.2.1 (August 16, 2023), 0.3.2 (November 11, 2023), 0.4.0 (July 23, 2024), and 0.4.1 (August 24, 2024) — each adding new characters, story tasks, systems, and animations. These were followed by a series of feature patches through 2025: versions 0.4.5 (January 23, 2025), 0.4.6 (March 15, 2025), 0.4.7 (April 3, 2025), 0.4.8 (April 30, 2025), 0.4.9 (May 24, 2025), and 0.4.10 (May 30, 2025), continuing to add characters, storylines, and gameplay mechanics. The established update cadence has been roughly every 1–3 months for major content and even more frequently for feature patches. As of today (September 24, 2026), the last developer communication was on May 30, 2025 — approximately 16 months ago. This is notably longer than the historical cadence, which would normally raise concern; however, the game remains in Early Access with no developer statement announcing completion or cessation of development. The gap alone does not resolve whether development has concluded or simply slowed. All three DLC items are released. The developer has never announced a 1.0 target date or communicated that the game is finished. Given the previously active cadence and the absence of any completion or closure statement, the game continues to warrant an active development flag, though the extended silence since May 30, 2025 is a notable change from the prior pace.
