Evaluation

Akari and the Abyss is no longer available for purchase on Steam. Both the store description and short description confirm the game has been removed, and there are no purchase options available. The game was originally released on March 1, 2024, but has since been delisted from the storefront. The developer news feed — posted under the publisher "otakuplan" — consists entirely of announcements and launch posts for other unrelated games in the publisher's catalog. None of the news posts reference Akari and the Abyss specifically, and none address why this game was removed or whether it might return. There is no developer communication explaining the delisting.
