Among the Sleep - Enhanced Edition

Among the Sleep originally launched on May 29, 2014. In November 2014, Krillbite Studio released a free DLC chapter titled "Prologue," which was a Kickstarter stretch goal meant to expand on the main story. This was the only post-launch content ever announced or delivered for the game. In December 2014, the developer confirmed they had begun work on a brand new project, signalling that Among the Sleep was no longer their primary focus beyond platform ports and maintenance. On February 17, 2016, Krillbite released a major Patch 2.0.0 that upgraded the game to Unity 5, substantially improved performance, and added a developer commentary track. The game is currently listed on Steam as "Among the Sleep: Enhanced Edition" — a rebranded complete package incorporating all content and improvements. No further content has ever been announced or hinted at since that 2016 update. By December 2019, Krillbite had fully moved on, releasing their next game Mosaic and referencing Among the Sleep only in historical terms. All DLC has been released, no roadmap or future content has ever been mentioned, and the studio has been engaged with other projects for years. The game is a complete, finished package.
