Evaluation
Anon's Neko Waifus launched on December 8, 2023 and received post-launch updates through early 2024. The most notable of these was the Version 1.1.0 "Ari Update" on February 26, 2024, which added a new character (Ari) and additional collectible cards, representing the last major content addition to the game. Prior to that, a Holiday Update on December 23, 2023 added two new Christmas scenes. Several feature and bug-fix patches were also released in the weeks following launch. The sole DLC — a free R18 content pack — was released on December 7, 2023 (the day before launch) and is the only DLC listed, with no unreleased DLC on the store. The developer has made no announcements of upcoming content, no roadmap, and has not posted any updates since February 26, 2024. The game's store description presents a fixed, enumerated content list (20+ scenes, 60+ collectible cards, 10 perks), consistent with a product delivered as a complete package. There are no outstanding commitments or signals of further development.
Evidence
Version 1.1.0 added a new character (Ari), new collectible cards, and translation improvements — the last known developer update.
Holiday Update added two new Christmas scenes for existing characters Tami and Sara.
