Aotenjo: Infinite Hands entered Steam Early Access on January 19, 2025 and remains there today. The developer has kept up a consistent and active stream of major content updates throughout the Early Access period: Wooden Tiles and the Artifact Crafting System shipped on April 27, 2025; Dessert Tiles, Custom Material Set, and controller support on August 8, 2025; Workshop 1.0 with modding support and two new decks on September 21, 2025; and most recently on September 24, 2026 (today), the Mechanical Material Set with 23 new Artifacts, a revamped Boss result screen, and a Mid-Autumn limited tile skin (v0.7.0.0-EA). The game is still on a pre-1.0 version number, and no announcement of a 1.0 release date or completion of development has been made. The developer continues to communicate regularly and ship substantial new content, indicating active development well short of a finished release.
