外兽祭·兽人们的冒险酒馆

This is a free-to-play traditional Japanese-style RPG that launched on July 28, 2021. The developer, 兽祭制作组, has been actively building out the game's story in serialized chapters since launch. Two major content releases are on record: the full Chapter 1 story update ("Misty Town") on May 14, 2024, and most recently Chapter 04 / Main Story Chapter 2 ("The Land Covered in White Flowers") on May 8, 2026 — the latter described by the developer as taking "half a year of production." Between major chapters, the team regularly ships feature patches and bug fixes, demonstrating continuous engagement. A March 2025 announcement also noted that the next main story chapter was already in development at that time. The game is being built out chapter by chapter, and no statement has been made suggesting the story or development is complete. The most recent major update shipped on May 8, 2026, just about six weeks before today's date.
