Colorful Party Wars launched into Early Access on May 26, 2022. In the weeks that followed, the developer was actively updating the game: three major content updates shipped between June 11 and July 9, 2022, each adding new characters and gameplay features. The store description explicitly promises that more characters will be added in future updates, and the Early Access launch post stated "I'll add more soon!" However, the last developer communication of any kind was the v1.10a patch post on July 9, 2022. Since that date — nearly four years ago as of June 2026 — the developer has posted nothing: no updates, no patch notes, no status messages. The game remains in Early Access with outstanding promises of additional content that have not been delivered or officially cancelled. There is no developer statement explaining this silence or confirming whether development is continuing or has ended.
