沉默的蟋蟀 (Silent Cricket) launched on July 19, 2023 and received a strong wave of post-launch updates. The developer shipped six major content updates between August 2, 2023 and May 14, 2024: new difficulty modes and events (August 2, 2023), a training camp and market improvements (August 28, 2023), a new "native mode" difficulty (September 20, 2023), a major update adding the Cricket Association and incense garden systems (October 26, 2023), the "Champion Cricket Hall" update with a new rare cricket type (December 15, 2023), and the "Alien Cricket" paid DLC alongside a season auto-play feature (January 31 and May 14, 2024). The sole DLC — the Alien Cricket expansion pack — was released on January 31, 2024 and is the only DLC listed on the store. After the May 14, 2024 major update, developer activity dropped off sharply. The only subsequent post was a minor gameplay optimization patch on September 24, 2024, which was also used to announce a sale. There have been no developer communications of any kind since September 24, 2024 — nearly nine months before today's date of June 21, 2026. The developer has not announced any further DLC, expansions, or future content plans. No roadmap or outstanding commitment remains visible. The established cadence between major releases ran roughly every 1–3 months from August 2023 through May 2024, making the silence since September 2024 — and especially since May 2024 for major content — far exceed any reasonable continuation of that pattern. The single DLC has shipped. No unreleased DLC is listed on the store. The developer has not signaled distress, but also has not communicated any continuation of development. The game appears to have reached the end of its planned content cycle.
