Evaluation
Arcana: Heat and Cold. Season 2 launched on October 13, 2021. The only significant post-launch developer communication is a news post from June 9, 2023, which delivered a content and text update (fixes, economic system improvements) and announced the release of a new, separate game — Arcana: Heat and Cold Stories — on Steam. The developer's closing words ("see you soon") are a casual sign-off rather than a commitment to further content for Season 2 specifically. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmap, no announced upcoming content for this game, and no sustained pattern of major updates that would suggest more content is on the way. The June 2023 post appears to mark the conclusion of active development for Season 2, with the developer's energy moving to the next installment in the series. No developer communications have followed since June 9, 2023 — over three years ago as of today.
Evidence
Developer released a content and text update for Season 2 and simultaneously announced a new installment in the series (Arcana: Heat and Cold Stories) as already available on Steam. No further content for Season 2 was announced.
Store description describes the game's features without referencing any planned future updates or additional content.

About this game
Season 2 is:
-More pictures and a bit less text
*Elves, humans, monster girls, imps.
-Turn-based combat system
The gameplay component is no longer a set of mini-games, but a full-fledged combat system.
*Combat is not the core of the game, but it has its place in the narrative.
*It’s not difficult, but will make you think a little.
This is not a standard combat system from rpg-maker (and the game is not made in rpg-maker).
And as always:
-No Grind.
-No Pixel Hunting.
-No Stupid Penalties or artificial gameplay stretching.
I hope you’ll enjoy it!
