Evaluation
Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea DX is a deluxe repackaging of the original Atelier Shallie, released on January 14, 2020. The store description explicitly markets this version as including "elements added to the Plus version and numerous past DLC," positioning it as a complete, all-inclusive edition of the game. The DX ("Deluxe") branding in the title and the bundled content language are consistent with Koei Tecmo/Gust's established pattern of releasing final, definitive versions of Atelier titles. There have been no developer news posts, DLC announcements, or any communication indicating further content is planned beyond what is already included. The game launched as a finished, consolidated package and has received no post-launch content updates.

Story
Water sources go dry.
Plants wither and die.
All creatures thirst and starve.
The blue oceans turn to sand, and the life of the sea no longer has a place to call home.
Yet still, the sun continues to shine, mercilessly drying up what little water remains in the earth.
Slowly, but surely, everything fades away to nothing in this Dusk World.
