The balance is carefully crafted to be quite challenging which might not suit everyone, but completely beatable even with the starting gear.
What isn't Autopanic Zero?
This is not really a Vampire Survival-like. At least I don't think so.
This is not an auto battler, you can try to play like one but it's not really balanced around it.
