Balancelot launched on May 23, 2019 as a complete game with over 20 levels. The developer followed up with two post-launch updates: a feature patch on October 1, 2019 (v1.0.2, adding two new characters and quality-of-life improvements), and a free Halloween-themed content update on October 31, 2019 (v1.0.3, adding 5 new levels and 3 new characters). That October 31, 2019 post is the last developer communication on record. No further updates, announcements, roadmaps, or unreleased DLC have been posted since then. There are no unreleased DLC listings on the store. The game has no live service elements and no outstanding developer commitments. With only two major content drops — both in the first five months after launch — and more than six years of silence since October 31, 2019, the game's post-launch content cycle has clearly concluded. The Halloween update appears to be the final piece of content the developer shipped.
