Ballpoint Universe - Infinite launched on December 17, 2013 as a complete shoot-em-up adventure game. The developer issued a handful of bug fix and maintenance patches in the weeks and months following launch, and added Japanese localization and Linux support by March 7, 2014. After that, activity ceased entirely. By June 12, 2015, Arachnid Games announced they had moved on to a new title — Diluvion, a 3D submarine game launched via Kickstarter — signaling that the studio's focus had fully shifted away from Ballpoint Universe. No DLC was ever listed, no expansions were announced, and no post-launch content roadmap was ever published. The game launched as a finished product and received only routine maintenance support before the team moved on.
