Before The Night launched on July 14, 2022 and received a series of post-launch patches throughout its first few months. The developer shipped several updates addressing balance, gamepad support, level design, and bug fixes between July and November 2022. The last substantive content update — which added Steam Achievements, PS4 controller compatibility, and a small secret area — was posted on November 14, 2022. After that, the only recorded developer communication is a minor bug fix on May 29, 2023 restoring the Steam screenshot feature. There have been no developer posts of any kind since May 29, 2023, which is over three years ago as of today. No DLC has been listed, no roadmap was ever published, no future content was announced, and the developer has not signaled any intention to continue adding content. The game appears to have launched as a complete, self-contained product and reached the end of its active update cycle by late 2022.

The rabbits are trying to protect their precious Flowers of Life with various mechanisms like locks or traps.
You need different tools for each situation you find yourself in.
