Being a DIK - Season 1 (Episodes 1–4) launched on February 13, 2020 as a complete, self-contained story. The store description explicitly states that Season 2 and future seasons would be released and sold separately as DLC.
Season 2 (Episodes 5–8) shipped on January 6, 2022. Season 3 (Episodes 9–12) has been in development since then, with the developer providing regular progress updates throughout. As of December 10, 2025, Season 3 was approximately 90% complete.
On August 15, 2026, the developer announced that Season 3 development had concluded and confirmed a release date of September 1, 2026. A follow-up post on August 24, 2026 provided detailed instructions for how players can access Season 3 and import their saves. Season 3 — along with its companion guide DLC — is set to go live on September 1, 2026, just six days from today's date of August 26, 2026.
The two previously unreleased DLC entries (Season 3 and its official guide) are now days away from release, with no further content announced beyond Season 3. The developer has not indicated any additional seasons or content are planned. The full story arc across all three seasons will be complete upon the September 1 release.

A young man from a low-income family moves away from his widowed father and his summer love to attend college at Burgmeister & Royce. As he is cast into freshman life and persuaded to join the up-and-coming fraternity Delta Iota Kappa, he'll be exposed to a new world filled with conflicts, alcohol, drugs and sex.
