Evaluation
BitMaster launched on October 12, 2016 as a complete twin-stick shooter. The developer shipped three small patches in the weeks immediately following launch — primarily bug fixes and minor feature additions — with the last update on November 7, 2016. There have been no developer communications of any kind since that date, no DLC has ever been listed, and no future content was announced. The game was clearly shipped as a finished product, received a brief post-launch polish pass, and has been in a stable, unchanged state since November 2016.
Evidence
Final patch (v3.0.3) added shortcuts feature and minor cosmetic fixes — the last developer communication on record.
Store description presents the game as a complete, self-contained product with a fixed feature set: 100 waves, 8 guns, 13 perks, 5 heroes, 5 bosses. No mention of future updates, DLC, or ongoing development.
