Blasterbug: Last Bug Standing! launched on August 24, 2026 as a free-to-play local multiplayer party game from Dotemu. The game launched simultaneously with a paid DLC pack — the Absolum Pack — which adds a guest character (Galandra from Absolum) and an extra stage. That DLC is already released, so all currently listed content has shipped. The game is only 17 days old as of today, which is far too soon to draw any conclusions about Dotemu's long-term update plans. There is only a single news post (the launch announcement), and the developer has not made any statements about future content updates, a roadmap, or additional DLC.
