Evaluation
Bleeding Border launched on November 9, 2015 as a finished survival horror game. The developer shipped two notable post-launch updates: Version 2.0 on January 5, 2016 (bug fixes, new textures, animations, and a teaser of "2 new modes announced"), and the substantial Update 4.0 on November 1, 2016, which delivered those promised modes along with new enemies, mechanics, alternative endings, a survival mode, additional language support, and significant visual and audio improvements. The November 1, 2016 update appears to represent the culmination of the developer's post-launch support — it fulfilled the earlier promises and closed out the known content roadmap. There have been no developer communications of any kind since November 1, 2016, now nearly a decade ago. No unreleased DLC exists on the store, no future content has been announced, and the store description reflects a complete product with a campaign and an arcade survival mode. The game launched as a self-contained product and has received no further updates since Update 4.0.
Evidence
Update 4.0 released, adding new enemies, blood mechanics, alternative endings, a new survival game mode, new languages, Mac/Linux support, and extensive visual and audio improvements. The post mentions adding content based on community feedback in the coming weeks, but no follow-up post ever materialized.
Version 2.0 shipped with bug fixes, new textures, enemy animations, and teased '2 new modes announced' — both of which were delivered in Update 4.0.

About this game
Bleeding Border is a 3d survival horror game in which the player must escape through the top of a monster infested building using his own blood as the only defense mechanism.
Bleeding Border is inspired by old school survival horror games, but view in a first person perspective.
In this game the player needs to hide, run and avoid , and only as the last resource use blood, because as soon as the player hurts himself he will start to bleed, and die if his wounds are not treated in time.
Needless to say is an adventure with a lot of gore and blood filled action.
When you are done with the campaign story modes you can enjoy or suffer the endless arcade survival mode, and get the highest time scores.
