Boldly Forward launched on February 7, 2024 as a complete roguelike game. In the two weeks following launch, the developer pushed a handful of balance and bug-fix patches (versions 1.01 through 1.0.3), the last of which was posted on February 20, 2024. Since that date — now more than two years ago — there have been no further developer communications of any kind: no content updates, no announcements, no roadmaps, and no DLC listings. The store description presents the game as a self-contained experience with four game modes, no seasonal content, and no live-service elements. The developer has never announced any post-launch content beyond what shipped at release. This is a game that launched as a finished product, received a brief round of post-launch tuning patches, and has had no further development activity since February 2024.
