The developer has shipped four paid DLC packs: a nudity unlock (June 28, 2025), a tentacle tool (August 13, 2025), The Grabbing Hands customizable hand pack (November 5, 2025), and the Extended Toybox — five new interactive toys — on August 2, 2026. Free updates have also added physics customization, controller improvements, and a new selectable character (April 10, 2026). The store page continues to list "Planned Features" that remain undelivered, specifically nipple pinching, breast grabbing, and additional toys with expanded reactions. The developer stated on November 5, 2025 that "there's a LOT more coming your way" with "seriously exciting updates in the pipeline," and the August 2, 2026 Extended Toybox release confirms that development has remained active.
