BOOMEROAD launched on March 26, 2024 as a finished action-adventure game developed through Bandai Namco Studios' rookie training program. On February 27, 2026, publisher Phoenixx Co., Ltd. officially announced that sales of the game would end on March 31, 2026, and that all future updates and support would cease on that date. The game is no longer available for purchase on Steam, which confirms the delisting has taken effect. Players who already own the game can still download and play it, but no new copies can be purchased and no further development or support will be provided.
