Brave Furries launched on March 14, 2017 as a self-contained casual puzzle game. After launch, the developer shipped a couple of small updates — a Linux version effort and achievements/trading cards — but no major content expansions were ever released or announced. The most recent developer communication, from September 18, 2020, announced that the game would be made free permanently to celebrate the studio's new project (The Dragoness: Command of the Flame). This post signals a clear shift in the studio's focus away from Brave Furries. There has been no developer communication of any kind since September 2020, no DLC has ever been listed, and no future content has been announced. The game launched as a complete, finished puzzle game and has remained so throughout its lifetime.

About this game
The Furries Princess along with half of Furries Village has been kidnapped by the Evil Wizard. The remaining Furries have launched a rescue mission. After miles of walking they discover the Wizard's castle. Not knowing what to expect they enter and find themselves in the cellar. There is a strange seal on the cellar doors and there are boxes with runes all over the place. Having no better idea about what to do, the Furries open a box…

The Brave Furries is a simple story about cute and funny creatures that struggle with the Evil Wizard's puzzles. Puzzles rarely take more than 60 seconds to solve and are very simple to understand but are definitely original and addictive. The game is animated with amusing high quality graphics.
