Breezy Bakes Simulator launched on February 20, 2026 and has received consistent updates throughout its post-launch life. Four major content updates have shipped so far: new ovens and shovels (March 13, 2026), the advanced cutting board (March 27, 2026), the First Major Update adding wholesale mechanics and new tables (April 30, 2026), and the Waiters Update (May 23, 2026). Feature patches have also added key remapping and controller support (September 11, 2026), a revamped recipe book and order system (September 21, 2026), and visual upgrades (September 27, 2026). On August 5, 2026, the developer published a 2-month roadmap explicitly committing to a second major update — the Dessert Update — targeting early October 2026. It will introduce desserts (pies, cookies, and sweet dessert pizzas), new ingredients, coffee service, a kitchen expansion, and a separated table vs. counter order management system. As of the patch notes published on October 5, 2026 (today's date), the developer explicitly confirms: "we are actively continuing our hard work on our 2nd Major Update (The Dessert Update)!" This is the most recent communication, confirming the update has not yet shipped but remains actively in development. The recipe book overhaul in the September 21, 2026 beta patch even added a dedicated desserts section described as "ready for our upcoming major update," further corroborating that the Dessert Update is still ahead.
