Bunker 58 is no longer available for purchase on Steam. On April 2, 2023, the developer posted a farewell message to the community, explicitly stating that the game would no longer be available for new players to purchase. In that same post, the developer acknowledged that while they had intended to expand the game significantly after its June 2017 launch, development did not progress as far as they had hoped. The store description had already disclosed at launch that the planned additional content — extra maps, respawning enemies, purchasable weapons — might never be added, and indeed it never was. The game shipped as a minimal product, received no major updates after launch, and has now been removed from sale.

About this game

Bunker 58:
Locked inside of Bunker 58 surrounded by unidentified creatures trying to kill you. There is only one way to survive, and that is to kill anything that attacks you. You are set with a selection of weapons ranging from melee to guns, and even have a torch for the use of light.

How much do you value your life, and how much are you willing to kill to keep it?

*Enemies can be killed within around a 15 minute gameplay time, which is why we are planning on adding the re-spawning of enemies really soon! That being said, we still find the game to be enjoyable.*
