On October 24, 2015, a sound overhaul update shipped, fulfilling a promise made at launch that a sound studio would contribute improved effects. That October 2015 post is the last developer communication on record. No updates, announcements, or posts of any kind have appeared since then. The developer never announced a formal conclusion to development, but the pattern of activity — a small indie team doing active post-launch support for roughly two months, culminating in the sound update — is consistent with a game that shipped its planned content and quietly wound down.
