Evaluation
Cactus Simulator launched on February 4, 2022 as a self-contained novelty/casual experience. The store description is minimal and describes a finished concept with no mention of planned updates, DLC, or ongoing development. The only developer news post scanned is from January 15, 2026, and it is simply an announcement promoting a different Dynamic Games title (Grass Life Sim 2) — it contains no reference to Cactus Simulator updates or future content. There are no DLC listings, no roadmap, no developer statements about post-launch content, and no sustained pattern of updates. The game appears to have shipped as a complete, finished product on its release date.
Evidence
Store description presents a minimal, self-contained concept with no mention of updates, DLC, or future content plans.
The only developer post is a promotion for a separate game (Grass Life Sim 2), with no mention of any Cactus Simulator updates or content.
