Evaluation
Call of Duty: Black Ops II launched on November 12, 2012 and received four map pack DLCs — Revolution, Uprising, Vengeance, and Apocalypse — along with the standalone Nuketown Zombies add-on. All five DLC items listed on the store are marked as released, with the final one, Apocalypse, shipping on September 26, 2013. There have been no further content releases, no roadmap, no announced expansions, and no developer communications suggesting additional content is planned. The game completed its full post-launch content cycle over a decade ago and has received no substantive updates since. This is a fully complete package.
Evidence
Apocalypse, the fourth and final map pack DLC, was released on September 26, 2013 — the last piece of post-launch content for the game.
Vengeance map pack released August 1, 2013.
