Camp Buddy: Scoutmaster Season launched on August 4, 2022 and has been actively supported since then. The developer, BLits Games, has delivered a steady stream of updates: animated scene patches in September and December 2022, the Final Animations patch and artbook release in March 2023, Lovense integration in February 2024, the Side Stories DLC on April 11, 2025 (featuring new side-character story content), and The Journal artbook DLC on November 8, 2025. All three DLCs listed on Steam are now released.
Most recently, BLits celebrated the game's fourth anniversary in April 2026 with a sale, a giveaway, and the announcement of a third Goro Nomoru merchandise figure. In that post, the developer explicitly stated: "we promise to continue to bring exciting Scoutmaster Season content whenever we can, whether that's in the form of Patreon Rewards, Physical Merch, or more." While no specific new game DLC has been announced, the developer has consistently added content roughly every 6–12 months, and the most recent major communication on April 27, 2026 shows the studio is actively engaged with this title. The developer has made no statement that content development has concluded.

Camp Buddy: Scoutmaster Season is a Gay Adult / Yaoi Visual Novel that features the adventures of Scoutmaster Yoshinori Nagira during the off-season at the scout-themed summer adventure camp, 'Camp Buddy.'
Yoshinori and his fellow scoutmasters undergo an exciting expansion project, reconnect with old acquaintances, and finds romance with Aiden Flynn, the camp’s happy-go-lucky lead chef, or Goro Nomoru, the stern but caring camp president. He also revisits memories of his past, bringing to light a whole different era of Camp Buddy!
