Campsite Hustle! - Management Simulator

Red Shore Games posted a personal update on September 24, 2026 announcing they are pausing development of new content for Campsite Hustle! indefinitely. The reason given is that the game has not reached the level of sales needed to sustain continued content development. As part of this announcement, the developer removed the previously published roadmap — which had outlined planned features including co-op multiplayer, seasonal events, deeper simulation systems, and more — meaning those commitments are now off the table for the foreseeable future. The developer is being transparent: they are not abandoning the game entirely and will continue addressing bugs, technical problems, and balance issues. However, they are not calling the game finished either, which is why it remains in Early Access. They acknowledged there are still ideas and content they originally intended to ship that have not been delivered. The door has been left open — the developer stated that if their financial situation improves, they would like to return to the project — but they were equally clear that they cannot honestly say whether or when that will happen. Prior to this announcement, the game had received steady updates since its June 2, 2026 launch: the Stack & Delivery Update on June 16, 2026, multiple feature patches through July, and the Paint Mode & Camp Sign Update on August 5, 2026. That active development period has now been paused as of September 24, 2026.
