Evaluation
Cargo Commander launched on November 1, 2012 as a complete, self-contained indie game. The only post-launch update on record is version 1.2.0, released on December 16, 2013, which added a Linux port, Steam trading cards, a Weekly Struggle mode, and a holiday theme — essentially a maintenance and bonus content patch. There have been no developer communications of any kind since December 16, 2013, and no DLC or additional content has ever been listed on the store. The store description describes a fully featured game with no mention of planned additions. Given that the last developer activity was over twelve years ago and no future content was ever announced, this game launched as a finished product and reached its final state with the 1.2.0 update in December 2013.
Evidence
Version 1.2.0 released, adding Linux support, Steam trading cards, Weekly Struggle mode, and holiday theme. This is the last known developer communication.
Store description presents the game as a complete package with defined features — no mention of planned future content, DLC, or updates.
