Cats and Seek: Tokyo

Cats and Seek: Tokyo launched on April 27, 2025 as a free-to-play game with one base level containing 105 hidden cats, plus a paid DLC adding four extra levels and 420 more cats. Both the base game and its DLC were released simultaneously on launch day, meaning all announced content shipped at once. In the launch post on April 27, 2025, the developer explicitly described Tokyo as "the end of our Japan trilogy" — a clear statement that this game's content arc is complete. The developer noted that the series continues, but the next entry is a separate game (Cats and Seek: Zoo), not additional content for Tokyo. The studio remains very active, with posts as recently as July 31, 2026, but all ongoing development is directed toward new titles — Cats and Seek: Zoo, Pictective 2, and Cats Around Us: Yarn Ball — with no updates, patches, or additional content announced for Cats and Seek: Tokyo since its launch. This game shipped as a complete, self-contained entry in the series.
