Evaluation
Celaria launched on October 12, 2019 and received a steady stream of updates through its early life: visual overhauls in late 2019, UI and multiplayer improvements in early 2020, the major Speedrun Update (v1.2.0) in August 2020, a new singleplayer map and barrier system in v1.3.0 on March 19, 2021, cosmetic and server improvements in v1.4.0 on October 17, 2021, and finally a small bug-fix patch (v1.4.2) on September 29, 2023. That September 2023 patch is the last recorded communication from the developer — a maintenance release fixing a statistics tracking bug and removing an experimental feature, with no mention of upcoming content. No DLC has ever been listed on the store. There are no unreleased items, no roadmap, no announced future updates, and no developer statement promising additional content after that final patch. The update history shows an active development window that wound down naturally after 2021, with only isolated maintenance work in 2023. As of today (June 26, 2026), it has been over two and a half years since the last developer communication, well beyond any reasonable continuation of the update pattern. The game appears to have reached its finished state with the v1.4.2 patch on September 29, 2023.
Evidence
v1.4.2 bug-fix patch released — fixes a statistics tracking bug, removes an experimental audio feature, and corrects a spelling mistake. No mention of upcoming content or future updates. Last developer communication on record.
v1.2.0 Speedrun Update launched, adding two speedrun modes, daily featured community maps, and integrated map voting — a major content milestone.
