Evaluation
Chocolate Makes You Happy is a small casual puzzle game that launched on November 22, 2017 with a fixed set of 50 levels, achievements, and a soundtrack — all described in the store page as a complete package. There are no DLC listings and no developer posts about updates to this specific game. The developer (Blender Games) is clearly an active studio, as they have posted frequently about new releases — but all of those posts are announcements of entirely separate games (various anime puzzle titles and updates to other games like aMAZE ZER0). None of the news activity relates to Chocolate Makes You Happy itself. The game launched as a finished product with a defined content set and has received no post-launch updates or additional content. It is complete as originally shipped.
Evidence
Store description lists a fixed content set: 50 levels, explosions, achievements, soundtrack, and colorful art — presented as a complete package with no mention of future updates or additional content.
Developer's most recent news post announces a new separate game ('Lovely Anime Puzzle: Spring') — not an update to Chocolate Makes You Happy. All 16 major_content posts from this developer concern other titles in their catalog.
