Chuck's Challenge 3D 2020 originally launched in February 2014 and received its most significant overhaul on September 21, 2020, when the developer shipped the "2020" remaster as a free update — rebuilding the game in a new engine with overhauled graphics, a redesigned interface, and refined gameplay. Two DLC packs were released alongside it (Extra Woop and the Soundtrack), and all three DLC items listed on the store are marked as released with no unreleased entries.
After the 2020 remaster, the developer added holographic Tilt Five headset support in a feature patch on March 17, 2022, and issued a small bug fix on May 3, 2023. That May 2023 bug fix is the last recorded developer communication. There have been no posts, patches, or announcements since that date — now over three years ago as of June 2026.
The game has no unreleased DLC, no announced future content, and no developer statements about planned updates. The post-remaster update history consists of a single feature patch and a single bug fix, which does not establish a pattern of ongoing major content releases. The developer has not made any explicit statement that the game is finished, but the combination of all DLC shipped, no outstanding commitments, and silence since May 3, 2023 all point to the game being content-complete.

Chuck’s Challenge 3D 2020 includes four different game modes:

• CREATE – your own levels with over 85+ Game Elements & share them with the world
• SEARCH – download levels created by other players
• WEEKLY PUZZLE – play the best user created level of the week
Meet Woop, just your everyday puzzle lovin’ purple alien capable of altering time and space. Woop has summoned all-round puzzle game legend Chuck Sommerville for one purpose - to create a universe of puzzles for him to work his way out of. Take control of Woop and help him navigate his way through level after level of obstacles and challenges that stand between him and reaching the exit portal. Shift blocks, find keys, flip switches, fly over water, hot-foot it through lava and do everything it takes to make it out in one piece.
