Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly

Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly launched on April 20, 2023 as a standalone sequel to the original Coffee Talk. Following release, the developer shipped several post-launch updates: a bug fix patch in May 2023, new language support (Bahasa Indonesia, Brazilian Portuguese, and Turkish) in June 2023, and a modding/workshop tool with a characters mod and Russian localization in September 2023. Both DLC items (the soundtrack and artbook) were released on launch day and are the only DLC listed for the game. The developer's subsequent communications have been entirely focused on Coffee Talk Tokyo — a new standalone entry in the series developed with Chorus Worldwide. Coffee Talk Tokyo launched on May 21, 2026, and the announcement post for it explicitly describes it as a new chapter in the series, not additional content for Episode 2. The developer also created a "Coffee Talk Complete Series" bundle that includes Episode 2 alongside the new Tokyo entry, treating Episode 2 as a complete, finished product in the collection. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content for Episode 2, and no developer statements indicating further updates are planned for this specific title. The last substantive update to Episode 2 itself was the September 19, 2023 workshop release. The game appears to be a complete, self-contained narrative experience that has received its full post-launch support cycle.
