Commando Hero

Commando Hero launched on April 28, 2023 and received a substantial period of active development post-launch. The developer shipped Version 2.0 on July 14, 2023 — a major update adding 5 multiplayer maps, 14 singleplayer maps, and support for up to 20 players. This was followed by several feature patches through late 2023, including new maps (Update 2.2.0 on September 27, 2023), character animation reworks, a chat system, and new achievements. The last recorded update for Commando Hero was on January 26, 2024 (Update 2.2.2), which addressed a scoreboard bug and level edits. Since January 26, 2024, there have been no further updates or communications regarding Commando Hero. The sole major_content signal from the developer's news feed after that date — posted on June 12, 2026 — is for an entirely separate game called "Wobble Ops!" and has no bearing on Commando Hero's development. The store description still references early access language in passing, but the game is not flagged as Early Access on Steam. The update activity trail ends cleanly in early 2024 with no announced future content, no unreleased DLC, and no ongoing roadmap. The game appears to have shipped as a complete product with its final updates delivered by January 2024.
