Evaluation
Conception PLUS: Maidens of the Twelve Stars launched on Steam on November 5, 2019. It is a port/remaster of an existing console RPG. The store description presents the game as a complete, self-contained experience with no mention of DLC, expansions, seasons, or post-launch content of any kind. The DLC list contains no entries. The only post-launch developer activity was a single bug fix patch on November 13, 2019 — one week after launch — that upgraded the in-game movie files to higher quality. There have been no developer communications of any kind since that date. The game launched as a finished product and shows no indicators of planned or ongoing post-launch content development.
Evidence
Store description presents a complete, self-contained RPG with no mention of DLC, expansions, or post-launch content plans.
A patch one week after launch replaced movie files with higher-quality versions. This is the only developer communication on record and the last known activity from the developer.
