Evaluation
Cooking Craze is a free-to-play casual cooking game that launched on Steam on March 20, 2024. The store description explicitly states that "new levels and cities around the world added regularly," and the game's track record confirms this: the developer has shipped at least four major content drops since launch, including a Dino Park event (August 5, 2025), a Greece Tasty Tour (September 30, 2025), and a Venetian Carnival limited-time event (February 17, 2026). The most recent developer communication was a bug-fix patch on April 27, 2026, confirming the game is still actively maintained. The game also features a rotating series of limited-time events with exclusive cosmetic rewards, a monetized DLC bundle structure (seven in-app purchase packs), and over 4,000 levels across a growing set of global destinations. This is the hallmark structure of a live-service game designed to receive new content indefinitely — there is no finish line by design.
Evidence
Venetian Carnival limited-time event launched with new content and exclusive vanity items, confirming the game's rotating live-event structure is still active as of early 2026.
New Tasty Tour event launched taking players through Greece, with chances to win characters, outfits, and prizes.
