Evaluation
Crazy Machines 2 launched on June 20, 2008 and received a steady stream of DLC over the following years. Ten DLC packs were released between December 2008 and May 2015, with the Anniversary DLC (released May 29, 2015) being the final piece of content. All ten listed DLC packs have been released with none remaining unreleased.
The developer's last substantive communication was a bug fix post on November 10, 2016, addressing a crash related to one of the DLC packs. Prior to that, the last content-related post was from June 2015. There have been no announcements of future content, no roadmap, and no unreleased DLC on the store. A December 2014 post recruiting beta testers for an unspecified "upcoming release" never materialized into any announced or shipped content, and given that the Anniversary DLC shipped in May 2015 and no further content followed, that beta test was most plausibly connected to either the Pirates DLC era or the Anniversary DLC itself — in any case, nothing beyond the Anniversary DLC ever shipped.
The developer has been silent since November 2016 — nearly a decade with no updates, no new content, and no announcements. The game launched as a complete puzzle title and received its final DLC in May 2015. There is no indication that any further content is planned or in development. The game is complete.
Evidence
Developer announced the Anniversary DLC celebrating 10 years of Crazy Machines, along with Steam Trading Cards. Framed as a celebration milestone with no mention of future content.
Anniversary DLC released on May 29, 2015 — the most recent of ten DLC packs, all of which are now released with none remaining unreleased.
