Evaluation
Criminal Girls: Invite Only launched on Steam on January 11, 2017 as a port of the PlayStation Vita localization. Both DLC items — a Digital Art Book and a Digital Soundtrack — were released on that same launch day, meaning no additional content was ever planned or delivered after release. The sole developer post from launch day addressed common player questions and made no mention of planned post-launch content updates or expansions for this title. There have been no developer communications since launch day in January 2017. The game was released as a complete, self-contained package from day one.
Evidence
Launch day FAQ post confirms the game is a port of the Vita localization, with no post-launch content updates mentioned. The only forward-looking comment concerns a separate game (Criminal Girls 2), not this title.
Digital Art Book DLC released on launch day — no post-launch DLC was ever added.

About this game
7 girls have been gathered in the hell spire. These girls, who are called, "Delinquents," are tainted by their criminal DNA. A special rehabilitation was prepared for these girls: the "Reformation Program." The goal of this program is to have the girls climb to the highest floor of the spire. If they do, their sins shall be atoned, and they can be revived back into the mortal world.
As the program instructor, it is your mission to guide the 7 girls to the very top of the spire. However, these girls are super unique! Will things really go as smoothly as planned?
