Crumble

Crumble launched on December 4, 2020 and received a series of post-launch content updates: a Snow World expansion on December 23, 2021 (new world, levels, and mechanics), a Nintendo Switch port on January 3, 2022, and a Party Mode update on February 11, 2022 adding new multiplayer levels. In that February 11, 2022 post, the developer explicitly stated: "This is the last major content update for Crumble." They noted two smaller follow-up items (a Mac port and a Nintendo Switch final update), which represented maintenance and platform work rather than new content, and these were not flagged as future major content. Since that announcement, all developer communications on the Crumble Steam page have been focused on the developer's next game, Paper Sky — announcing its Kickstarter in January 2024, launching the campaign in April 2024, and celebrating its successful funding in May 2024. A May 2024 feature patch did add languages and a Paper Sky demo level to Crumble, but this is a minor cross-promotional addition, not a major content update. The developer's own words in February 2022 clearly marked the conclusion of meaningful content development for Crumble, and nothing since contradicts that statement.
