Cyber Agent launched on June 8, 2020 as a compact, finished-feeling 3D tower defense game with 8 levels, 7 enemy types, and a small set of items and skills. A DLC called "Mystery DLC" was released alongside the game on May 30, 2020 and is the only DLC listed on the store — it has shipped. The developer posted two bug fix patches in June 2020 shortly after launch, then made a single announcement on November 15, 2020 teasing something called "Aurora is coming soon." No "Aurora" content has ever materialized on the store, and the developer has posted nothing since that date. As of June 25, 2026 — more than five years later — there has been no further communication, no new DLC, no patches, and no explanation. The teased "Aurora" content represents an unfulfilled promise. While it is almost certain that development on this content has been abandoned given the multi-year silence, it was never formally cancelled either. The game appears to have been effectively finished or abandoned by its developer, but the undelivered promise prevents a clean "complete" assessment.
