Dating Simulator launched on Steam on June 22, 2023. In the weeks following launch, the developer shipped quick bug fixes and then one notable content update: the Theme Park Update on July 31, 2023, which added 11 amusement rides and a new job to the game. That update represents the second and most recent major content addition. Since July 31, 2023, there have been no further news posts, content announcements, patch notes, or developer communications of any kind. The developer has not announced any upcoming DLC, expansions, or future updates, and there are no unreleased DLC items listed on the store. With no sustained pattern of ongoing content releases and over two and a half years of silence since the last developer communication (July 31, 2023), the game appears to have launched and received one post-launch content drop before development activity ceased. The game is best understood as a complete, finished product as of the Theme Park Update.
