Deadly Hunter VR launched on June 19, 2017, following a pre-release period that included a demo and early development updates. Within roughly two months of launch, the developer shipped the two major features that had been advertised as "coming soon" in the store description: the Escort Mode (present in patches before launch) and the Multiplayer Mode, which went live on July 21, 2017. A final bug-fix patch followed on August 7, 2017, addressing crash issues and multiplayer stability. The developer's last communication of any kind was that August 7, 2017 bug fix — now nearly nine years in the past. The store description still references "coming soon" modes (Escort and Multiplayer), but the Multiplayer Mode was demonstrably delivered per the July 2017 patch notes, and Escort Mode functionality was included in pre-launch updates. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap commitments outstanding, and no developer posts beyond August 2017. All announced content was shipped, and the developer has been completely silent since. The game appears to have launched as a self-contained product, delivered its promised features, and concluded development shortly after release.

Take the role of a Deadly Hunter in this first person defense game!
The Orcs invaded our homeland but we defeated them. However, there are still small bands of Orcs lingering in a number of our strongholds. As a renowned hunter, your task is to eliminate the remaining Orc troops and to liberate all strongholds.
