Evaluation
Death Swap: End As One launched on January 25, 2023 as a complete, self-contained online co-op horror game. The developer shipped a day-one patch on launch, followed by two small feature and bug-fix patches on January 27 and January 30, 2023. Since then, there have been no further developer communications, no announcements of additional content, and no DLC listings of any kind. The game has no roadmap, no season pass, and no stated plans for future updates. All post-launch activity was limited to immediate launch stabilization. With no developer activity since January 30, 2023 and no outstanding promises of future content, the game appears to have launched as a finished product.
Evidence
Patch 1.3 released five days after launch, adding a swap cooldown indicator and minor quality-of-life improvements. This is the last known developer communication.
Patch 1.2 released two days after launch, fixing lobby bugs and adjusting audio and visual elements.
