Death's Door launched on July 20, 2021 as a complete, self-contained game. The developer, Acid Nerve, released a series of bug fixes and quality-of-life patches in the weeks following launch — a normal post-launch support period — and then ported the game to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch in November 2021. Beyond those platform expansions, no additional content was ever announced or released. The only DLC listed on the store is the official soundtrack and artbook, both released on launch day — these are supplemental extras, not gameplay content. There are no unreleased DLC items, no announced expansions, and no roadmaps pointing to future updates. Developer communication effectively ceased after November 2021, consistent with a studio that shipped a finished product and moved on. The game was designed and delivered as a complete standalone experience.
